Full AKC Registration: ($500 non-refundable deposit)
Limited AKC Registration: ($500 non refundable deposit)
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be converted toward a future litter.
Full Registration means the puppy may be shown in AKC events (dog shows,etc). It also means that
off-spring may be registered with AKC. Full Registration puppies are often referred to as "Show/Breeders"
as people pay extra for full registration because they either want a show dog, or a puppy that they will
eventually breed. We do not guarantee that our puppies sold full registration will be show quality or that
they will be able to breed. We refer to them as "show/breeder" potential, meaning that in our opinion, they
appear to be good candidates for those purposes, but we make no guarantee to that end.
Limited Registration puppies are AKC registered but may not be shown in AKC events (dog shows) nor
can their off-spring be registered. All puppies sold on Limited Registration also come with a spay/neuter
contract in which the purchaser promises to spay or neuter their puppy as soon as they old enough for
the procedure - around 6 months. The purchaser also promises to provide proof of the procedure
(provided by vet, just ask them for it) to Bully Unit via USPS.
All Bully Unit puppies are totally up to date on all of their medical care, and we offer a lifetime of support
to those that purchase our puppies. We encourage you to e-mail and let us know how things are going,
and we especially look forward to lots of pictures! We love our dogs and consider them family, and our
puppies sold, extended family members.

There is nothing easy or inexpensive about breeding quality dogs. We have the expense of purchasing
our breeding stock in the first place, which is $1,500 to $3,000 per each dog we own. Then we have
housing costs, the cost of proper nutrition and veterinary care, and many, many other costs that crawl out
of the wood-work. In short, if you find someone selling what they claim are well-bred dogs, for very little
money, you can rest assured corners have been cut somewhere. Perhaps their breeding stock is not of a
high quality pedigree. Perhaps they've cut a corner on veterinarian care. There are no free rides in regard
to quality breeding. If the price is low, and you seek quality, keep looking. When we are looking for a
Bullmastiff to purchase for our Kennel, if the price is under $1,000, we automatically move on. Not that we
wouldn't like to spend less, but we know we can not find the quality we demand in that price range.
